Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen).
- Apply audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative variations to maximize performance.
- Continuously test formats, creatives, and placements to drive lower CPA and higher conversion rates.
- Track campaign KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) daily and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver clear and actionable performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Use Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to track user behavior and campaign impact.
- Brief creative assets tailored to media objectives and platform best practices.
- Work with brand and content teams to ensure messaging alignment across the funnel.
- Support full-funnel strategy from awareness through to conversion and retention.
- Manage and allocate media budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns.
- Ensure efficient spend pacing and adapt budgets based on real-time results.
Skills:
- A performance marketer with strong technical skills and campaign instincts.
- Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to turn data into decisions.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Deeply familiar with Meta and Google’s ad ecosystems and constant updates.
